London's longest serving courier company Absolutely Couriers approached us to take a look at their homepage and make improvements to the UX and their conversion rate.
After some initial research and I came up with an approach that would help them increase key KPI's. We also built them a quick estimation tool in the process that would allow users to get a quick delivery rate based on the type of vehicle without the need for signing up or logging in.
This along with a host of other improvements without the need for re-designing their whole site allowed them to make big improvements in a short space of time and at a reasonable cost.
